What kind of materials do you use for the booth structure?

Our booths are constructed primarily from wood. We utilize a range of wood sheet types, selecting the best material based on the booth’s specific purpose, shape, and size. Our materials include solid wood, plywood (such as softwood, hardwood, and structural varieties), and medium-density fiberboard (MDF). We intentionally avoid using particleboard due to its lower strength and susceptibility to damage, particularly from moisture.

Plywood is an ideal material for trade show booths because it offers a great balance of strength, lightweight construction, and versatility.
Strong and Durable: It can withstand repeated assembly, disassembly, and transport without damage, ensuring the booth lasts for many shows.
Lightweight: Its high strength-to-weight ratio makes it easier and cheaper to ship and handle.
Highly Customizable: Plywood can be easily cut, shaped, painted, and finished to create a wide range of custom designs that stand out on the show floor.

Solid wood is an excellent choice for a trade show booth when you want to create a high-end, premium, and distinctive look.
In the first place it’s often better to use solid wood sparingly for accents and key features rather than for the entire structure. This is because solid wood is heavy and expensive, which can significantly increase shipping and drayage fees, as well as the cost and difficulty of assembly and disassembly. Using it strategically alongside lighter, more cost-effective materials like plywood allows you to achieve that luxurious aesthetic without the logistical and financial drawbacks.

MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) is a great choice for trade show booths because its smooth, uniform surface is perfect for a flawless, especially a high-end finish. Its consistent density makes it an excellent material for cutting on a CNC machine, allowing for intricate, beautiful shapes and detailed designs that are difficult to achieve with other wood products. This makes it ideal for creating custom, professional-looking elements for your booth.

Is everything really manufactured in the house?

Yes, everything is manufactured in our warehouse, which you are welcome to tour at any time. The only exception is our soft furniture, like armchairs and sofas, which we purchase from specialized companies.

Do you have samples to see in your warehouse?

We’re happy to show you samples during a meeting. Feel free to stop by our office anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to take a look.

Can you give us an estimated price for our booth based on this picture?

We can provide a price estimate for the booth based on the picture, as long as it contains all the necessary details. This includes the show name, booth number, booth size, structure dimensions, materials, and any special requests. The fastest way to finalize all the information is with a brief meeting. My booth is in OOxOO size, can you provide us with an estimate / quotation?

While the booth dimensions are a great starting point, they’re only one part of the total cost. To provide you with an accurate quote, we need to understand the full scope of the project.

The final price depends on several factors, including:

The materials used: Are we building with aluminum, wood, or a modular system?

The design complexity: Does the booth have custom curves, special lighting, or intricate features?

The amount of graphics: The size and type of printed graphics (fabric, vinyl, etc.) will impact the price.

Additional elements: Will you need furniture, AV equipment, flooring, or shelving?

Logistics: The location of the show and the installation/dismantle requirements also play a role.

Can I reuse a booth for multiple times?

Can I save some cost by providing my own design?

You’re welcome to bring your own design, or we can create one for you at no extra cost. We’re committed to helping you have the most impressive booth at the show! Why? Because your booth is our best calling card.

I’m looking for a popup booth.
