At the 2023 NAFEM (North American Food Equipment Manufacturers) Trade Show, one booth stood out among the many—ATOSA’s Western Steakhouse-inspired trade show booth and displays. The booth was designed by IMI Exhibits, a long-standing partner of ATOSA for nearly a decade!
This Texas sized booth was a captivating 30Wx50Lx16H-foot design that felt like stepping into the warm, inviting atmosphere of a western steakhouse. Combining functionality with flair, the trade show booth showcased ATOSA’s various foodservice equipment while also evoking the charm of a rustic, Americana aesthetic. The theme was a bold and clever choice for the trade fair, effectively blending ATOSA’s high-performance kitchen products with a visually striking and memorable environment.
Telling a story with trade show booths is a concept that IMI Exhibits has expertly mastered. IMI Exhibits took the concept of a western steakhouse and turned it into a captivating exhibit display. The floor was designed to mimic light brown hardwood, setting a cozy and authentic tone. Surrounding the booth’s central square structure were ten artificial red brick beams, which supported an open-roof design that mirrored the look of a rustic wooden truss.
This design invited visitors to wander through the space as if they were entering a welcoming restaurant, complete with a charming bar area and comfy seating. In a final display to show off the combination of ATOSA and the restaurant theme, a bright gold and red neon business sign was attached to the roof of all sides of the trade show booth. The sign reading; ATOSA STEAKHOUSE.
The attention to detail was remarkable. At the entrance, a sleek black bar was highlighted by a striking LED trade show sign, flashing the word BAR, while a nearby support beam was playfully decorated with a guitar and a cowboy hat, adding a touch of western flair. To further enhance the steakhouse theme, the booth featured hanging light bulbs suspended from decorative wagon wheels vibrant LED and neon signs, creating a visually dynamic backdrop to guide attendees through the booth while contributing to the lively restaurant vibe.
Product integration is key when designing a trade show booth, and throughout the booth’s interior, there were eye-catching displays of ATOSA’s kitchen products. As a leader in commercial foodservice equipment, ATOSA’s products were front and center, with high-quality kitchen solutions presented in a way that blended seamlessly into the theme. From refrigerators and ovens to cooking ranges and display cases, the equipment was showcased not only as functional but as an essential part of any top-tier industrial or bustling kitchen. The bar at the entrance of the steakhouse was also paired with a receptionist booth to seamlessly integrate customer service with the steakhouse theme.
Attendees were transported to a completely different setting by the booth’s visual appeal, but its practicality was equally remarkable. The layout was designed with customer engagement in mind, with plenty of space for attendees to interact with ATOSA’s booth attendees and product offerings. The booth felt both expansive in its open concept and intimate as a cozy western homestead, giving visitors the opportunity to get hands-on with the products and learn more about how ATOSA’s solutions could elevate their commercial kitchens.
